Historic East Village
The East Village, located on the east side of downtown Des Moines, is a progressive, pedestrian friendly neighborhood that offers lots to do! As one of the original commerce areas of Des Moines, the East Village encompasses some of Iowa’s most historically significant buildings, including the State Capitol.
