The Poster planning committee is pleased to provide you with a diverse and extensive selection of posters for your review. Thank you to all who have committed to showcase a poster during the conference. Posters will be available for viewing throughout the conference, and designated times will be available on Wednesday, May 4th to allow opportunities to connect with presenters and ask questions about their work. Those dedicated viewing times are:
- 9:30-10am: Agriculture and Youth Program Areas
- 2:30-3pm: Families, Business and Industry and Community Development Program Areas
Set up information
- Posters should be set up on May 3rd by 2pm and we ask that all posters remain on display through the conclusion of the conference. Please check in at the meeting registration desk and they will provide you with a poster map and show you where your poster is assigned to be hung. Posters are to be displayed in designated locations only. Take your poster to the appropriate location, find the board with your poster number, and mount it in this space.
- Posters should be taken down at the conclusion of conference. Any items remaining on display after 1pm will be removed by building staff and will be tossed.
- Since posters will be on display throughout the conference, we hope you will take advantage of breaks in the program to view the other posters, we do not require the manning of the posters.
- On Wednesday, May 4th, we ask that you are available during the poster break to answer questions and share information about your poster. These sessions will allow viewing of all program areas, you will only need to available during the time that your poster primarily applies to:
- 9:30-10am: Agriculture and Youth Program Areas
- 2:30-3pm: Families, Business and Industry and Community Development Program Areas
Poster guidelines
- Poster dimensions need to be no more than 2' * 3' (2 feet wide, 3 feet long). Please keep these dimensions in mind when sizing your poster.
- Please bring a sufficient supply of push pins to affix your posters to the poster boards. These will also be available on-site, but in limited quantity.
- Handouts are not required. If you choose to bring some handouts or supporting pieces for your poster, A small table will be available near your poster, but not adjacent. Please be sure all materials are clearly marked to correspond to your poster.
